Entering the VanMoof giveaway is free.

Participation takes place when you have completed a registration form completely and correctly. From that moment on you have a chance to win.

Each participant can participate in the giveaway only once.

The duration of the giveaway is indicated in the description of the promotion.

To participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 18 years.

The drawing of the winners will be random and impartial.

Winners will be personally informed within 5 working days after closing the giveaway via the e-mail address used to participate in the giveaway.

Winners have 2 weeks to respond to the email in which we inform them personally.

BeAddy may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these promotion terms and conditions during the promotion period, or change or adjust the promotion without giving any reason, unless this leads to the disadvantage of the participant.

There will be no correspondence about the results.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

The personal data obtained in the context of giveaways is used by BeAddy for the giveaway and is not provided to third parties. After participating in the giveaway, you will also occasionally receive other e-mails about BeAddys product features, blog posts, and our activities. You can of course always indicate that you no longer wish to receive these e-mails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the relevant e-mail.
