  1. How to get into advanced setup

  2. Campaign name

  3. Marketing layers

  4. Total budget

  5. Allocate budget to platforms

  6. Create the campaign

1. How to get into advanced setup

It is possible to start a campaign in two different ways.

1. General setup We give you advice and give you a selection of ad products.

2. Advanced setup You make a briefing where you set up marketing layers and budget per platform. Afterwards, you choose the ad products yourself. We will discuss the advanced setup here, if you want more information on the general setup, click here.

2. Campaign name

The first step of the advanced setup is to create a campaign name, you can always change this name in the media plan at a later stage.

3. Marketing layers

In the second step you select the marketing layers you want to use and the date range for the marketing layers. You can edit these marketing layers in the account settings.

4. Total budget

The third step is the total budget, we ask you to set the total budget for your campaign. In the next step, you will divide this budget over the platforms you wish to use.

Next to the input field is a field with the label Media Plan, this field will show you the budget which is allocated by ad products once you have added them. You also can see where you have exceeded the budget once you do so.

5. Allocate budget to platforms

In this step you select the platforms you want to use and allocate a budget to them. Above the platforms, you can see the currently allocated and remaining budget.

Next to the input field is a field with the label Media Plan, this field will show you the budget which is allocated by ad products once you have added them. You also can see where you have exceeded the budget once you do so.

6. Create the campaign

The last step is to confirm your briefing. Once clicked, the campaign gets created and you will be redirected to the campaign plan where you can start adding your ad products to your campaign. Alternatively, you can click ‘Save and go to list’. This brings you back to the campaign list. At a later moment, you can add ad products to complete your media plan.
